Expect real talk, not quick fixes. Each session is uniquely tailored. One of the core principles is meeting you where you are—without advice or judgment. Instead of telling you what to do, I ask powerful, reflective questions that help you uncover your own answers.

How to Prepare
Bring curiosity, honesty, and a willingness to grow. A journal and space for reflection between sessions can help—but most importantly, come as you are.

Why It Matters

Life Coaching Policy

 Only for long term Life Coaching 

The initial consultation for Coaching is on us.

The purpose of this informal, around two-hour-long, in-person (if you’re based in or around London) meeting is:

 

1. To get to know each other/ determine whether we have the right chemistry.

2. For us to understand how can we make your life better.

3. Given that the fit is right, to discuss how we work and next steps.

 

Note that our coaching is PG-18. Confidentiality and discretion are always guaranteed.
